Carol began sewing at an early age. She made mostly clothing and home dec items until she started quilting in 1994. She started taking quilting classes in 1995. From that point on she was hooked. Her mentor is her mom who is an avid quilter. She taught Carol that it's OK to think outside the box. Prior to becoming the Western US Distributor and Teacher/Rep for Alto's, Carol worked in a quilt shop in Southern California.

She and her husband, Alan travel throughout the Western United States demonstrating the QuiltCut2 Fabric Cutting System in shops, at shows and to guilds. She loves teaching classes and does so whenever the opportunity arises.
