Rotary cutting and strip techniques revolutionized patchwork, and From Marti Michell Perfect Patchwork Templates take the revolution a step further. Their revolutionary corner concept by Jane Hackworth Gruchacz means cutting pieces that match perfectly–no pinning or guessing required, and no more "dog ears" ensnared by the throat plate or shadowing through light fabrics. The thick acrylic templates mean you can rotary-cut multiple layers of fabric at one time. Combined with perfectly-sewn 1/4" (6mm) seams and the block patterns in the Encyclopedia of Patchwork Blocks, Volumes 1 through 4 and 6, you’ll be making more quilts, easily and quickly!
Books and Patterns - The books in the Encyclopedia of Patchwork Blocks are collections of blocks grouped together in volumes based on specific geometric shapes and sizes. The blocks are keyed to the numbers on the Perfect Patchwork Template pieces, but you don't have to own the templates to make the blocks. Full-size printed patterns are included in all of Marti's books and patterns. All the books feature blocks in multiple sizes and ideas for using them in quilts, but they are not "how to make a quilt" books. Marti also has specialty books such as Kaleidoscope ABCs, Log Cabin ABCs and Quilting in Sections.
Perfect Patchwork Templates - Template sets A through D won the Best New Products Awards. Now there are sets through S. There are also pattern specific sets such as Drunkard's Path, Double Wedding Ring, Giant Dahlia, and Storm at Sea.
Videos - Marti has several short movies about using her tools that you can watch here on our website. Each movie occupies its own Web page to save time. Thanks for watching!
