Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Most orders are sent out the next business day. If there is a delay in shipping, customers will be notified by email. We do the best we can to make sure that we offer the best shipping rate for our products. Shipping rates for orders are estimated amounts. If we can reduce the cost of shipping and handling we will. Shipping will not exceed the estimated amount.

Orders are generally shipped via FedEx or UPS. Smaller, lighter items may ship by US Mail. Delivery time is usually 5 – 14 business days.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us either by phone or email. We will do our best to resolve the problem. We will refund the purchase price provided the returned merchandise is in the original packaging with all materials and accessories and is in resaleable condition. Merchandise not in resaleable condition or missing items is subject to a 15% refurbishing fee. We do not refund shipping. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Proof of purchase must accompany any refund request. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
